Clinic staff very rude, I just called to ask if they had an outpatients dispensary and the lady on the phone started speaking to me as if i was stupid in a really condesending way.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Staying safe during IVF means staying away from this clinic. They have been keeping our embryos hostage since July 2025. No contact or resolutions. That just blackmail me not to…

Dear Jodie, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on our service. Cambridge IVF aims to achieve outcomes that are as good as the best internationally. NHS patients receive the same treatment as private patients and this includes the following as standard: EmbryoScope so that embryo development can be monitored by photographing every 10-12 minutes without removing them from the incubator; enhanced blood testing so that treatment can be individualised; 3D sonography using the latest sonography equipment to enable uterine anomalies to be identified and treatment individualised; EmbryoGlue to assist implantation. Our approach to patient safety is exceptional and we were used as a pilot site by the fertility regulator for site reopening following COVID and we were in the first wave to reopen. Patient safety is critical because IVF is a relatively safe procedure. We ensure that all appropriate steps are taken to minimise OHSS which is where ovaries overreact to fertility drugs. By taking all appropriate steps it is possible to minimise the incidence of severe OHSS. This is important as severe OHSS often requires hospital admission. We are fortunate to be part of Cambridge University Hospitals, this means that we are able to attract and retain exceptional staff. It also means that we are not required to make a significant surplus for financial backers and we can focus on helping people to realise their dream of starting a family. Feedback on our service, whether that be positive or negative, is the only way that we can improve how we work in the future. We have a dedicated inbox for patient feedback. Please contact us here - cuh.cambridgeivffeedback@nhs.net should you wish to share any further information on your experience and we can look into this for you. Rest assured feedback is taken very seriously by our team. Best Wishes Cambridge IVF
