Dear Ms. Mamis Glam, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are genuinely sorry that your journey with our clinic did not meet your expectations, and we fully understand the difficult time you are going through. However, we feel it is important to clarify some points that, as mentioned in your comment, deserve further explanation. The contract you signed with us clearly stated that no refunds were included. The total cost of your treatment, amounting to 9900 USD, included not only the in vitro fertilization procedure including all stimulation medications, all laboratory tests, monitoring visits, and one year of storage for the genetic material also the NGS genetic test, which alone is valued at 3000 USD for 5 embryos. The full service provided to you, including 5 NGS genetic tests, today costs 12900 USD. Our offer was a special, advantageous, and tangible promotion designed for our clinic’s opening, with no pressure in our commercial communication. On the contrary, our intent was to offer all patients an accessible opportunity without any forceful sales tactics. We understand that medical and personal unforeseen circumstances can disrupt plans, but as stated in the signed contract, our company policy does not allow for a full refund. Nevertheless, we decided to refund 4000 USD of the 4900 USD deposit paid, with the intention of supporting you during a challenging time. We believe this gesture demonstrates our sincerity and transparency, and we were quite surprised by your review. Furthermore, after we had set dates for the treatment, we encountered difficulties reaching you for an extended period. When you eventually reached out to us and requested a refund after several months, we did everything we could to support you, even considering the expenses already incurred, including taxes on the total, marketing costs, and operational expenses. Your comment, though critical, is actually very positive for us as it highlights our good faith and commitment to transparency. For this reason, we are truly grateful to you. Moreover, we have aimed to maintain the most equitable policy possible, withholding only 900 USD from the total amount of 9900 USD, which represents just a small fraction of the actual costs incurred by the clinic. We are sorry that our response did not meet your expectations, but we assure you that our intention is always to be as honest and transparent as possible with our patients. Your observations are valuable to us and will certainly help improve our communication moving forward.
