While we do not offer the specific service you were asking about, a one word answer is not the level of patient experience we strive to provide. Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, especially during what we know can already be a stressful time. Outside monitoring is a service that relatively few IVF clinics continue to offer, largely because it involves coordinating care across multiple organizations, time zones, and laboratory workflows that are outside of any one clinic’s direct control. That said, we do offer it because we understand how important it is for patients who are undergoing treatment with another provider. We do make every effort to communicate expectations in advance, including that results are processed and transmitted based on our clinic’s operating hours and local time, as well as laboratory turnaround times. While our clinic maintains standard business hours, monitoring appointments are intentionally scheduled in the morning so that labs can be processed and results transmitted during the same business day within our local workflow. When appointments occur later in the morning or when external factors impact timing, results may not be available or transmitted until later in the day. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for results, particularly when your treating clinic is in another location and relying on timely updates. Our goal is always to complete monitoring services accurately and send results as quickly as possible within those constraints. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue working to improve communication and coordination wherever we can.

Our refund policy and processing timelines are clearly outlined on our website and in each patient’s intake documentation. While we are currently navigating the transition from NHCRM to HART Fertility Clinic, we want to reassure you that we have continued to process refund requests within those stated timeframes and have not exceeded them. We also want to clarify that escalated inquiries to our Practice Manager are reviewed and responded to as promptly as possible. That said, during this transition period, our team is managing a high volume of requests related to patient care continuity. We ask for your patience as we work through each case thoroughly and accurately. We do not take concerns like yours lightly. If you have not yet received a direct update, we encourage you to contact our office again and request a status check so we can ensure your request is properly tracked and addressed. Our goal is to handle every patient’s situation responsibly and in alignment with the commitments we’ve made.
