Stimată Doamnă Florentina, Regretăm că experiența dv. în clinica noastră s-a încheiat intr-un mod neplăcut și înțelegem cît de dificil poate fi parcursul unui cuplu care dorește un copil! Totodată, considerăm important ca situația prezentată să fie analizată în mod obiectiv, pe baza documentelor medicale și a tuturor informațiilor relevante. În cadrul procedurilor de reproducere umană asistată, pot apărea situații medicale neprevăzute, iar evoluția embrionilor nu poate fi garantată, lucru despre care ați fost informată - plan de tratament, rezultate, tarife, complicații, etc! Ne dorim ca orice nemulțumire să fie clarificată cu responsabilitate, documentată, transparentă și cu respect reciproc. Vă dorim multă sănătate și putere să continuați parcursul dv. într-o altă clinică!
