Bonjour Madame, Le personnel médical et paramédical est humain Il peut arriver qu’il y ait des incidents, des accidents et des évènements qui traumatisent le personnel et qui nécessite une discussion même à 8h du matin, surtout à 8h du matin Il y a eu 20 minutes de retard, ce qui est dommageable mais pas non plus catastrophique l’empathie allant dans les deux sens, merci de rester bienveillante auprès du personnel Nous vous souhaitons une bonne continuation
