お子様を連れでの診療については、今までも他の方からもクレームなども多数いただいておりまして、非常に心を痛めております。 当院にはキッズルームなどもないため、お子様が院内で騒いでしまう、声を出してしまう、走り回るなどをされる場合、他の患者様への迷惑にもなります。そのため、受付した後に外でお待ちいただき、診察の際に院内に入っていただくという形をとることにより、お子様連れの患者様、また他の患者様とのバランスをとってきました。 私の意見としましては、子供をどうしても預けられない場合などあるかと思います。それぞれの事情があるため仕方のないことだと思い、お子様連れでの診察は禁止はしておりません。しかし他の方にご迷惑をかける場合には、容認することはできません。今回もお子様をわざわざつれてご受診された理由はなぜでしょうか。 当院は、お子様向けのエンタメ施設ではありません。お子様が騒いでしまうよう場合には注意させていただきます。 今回も、受付からおとなしく院内でお待ちいただけないのであれば、外でお待ちくださいと案内させていただいたはずです。問診表もお渡ししていないわけではなく、事前にウェブ問診を入れていただいております。 ご自身のお子様はきちんと静かにお待ちいただけていましたか？ モラルを守ることも大切です。他の人に迷惑をかけることはやめてください。お子様が騒ぐことにより、迷惑がかかる方がいることをもう一度よく考えてください。
