Sehr geehrte Frau Grunemberg, während Ihres Besuches in unserer Praxis war eine Verständigung (weder auf Deutsch noch auf Englisch) leider nicht möglich. Ihre mitgebrachten Beschwerden – welche Sie auf einer DIN-A4-Seite notiert hatten – haben wir selbstverständlich ernst genommen und sorgfältig berücksichtigt. Allerdings ist eine sichere und verantwortungsvolle medizinische Behandlung nur möglich, wenn die Inhalte, Diagnosen und Therapieempfehlungen auch vollständig verstanden werden. Dies dient in erster Linie Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit, um Missverständnisse und mögliche Komplikationen zu vermeiden. Trotz der erschwerten Umstände haben wir uns bemüht, Ihnen bestmöglich zu helfen, und haben im Anschluss mit Ihrem Sohn telefoniert und ihm die Situation erläutert, welche er auch nachvollziehen konnte. Wir haben Ihnen einen neuen Termin mit Dolmetscher angeboten, woraufhin Sie die Praxis ohne ein Wort verlassen haben. Ihre negative Bewertung können wir daher nicht nachvollziehen.
