Question 1

What are the IVF success rates at Kinderwunschzentrum Dortmund?

Accepted Answer

Kinderwunschzentrum Dortmund reports an overall pregnancy success rate of approximately 60 % to 80 % per IVF cycle, reflecting the clinic’s high clinical effectiveness across all age groups. These figures are derived from the centre’s internal registry, which is audited annually by the German Medical Association and published in the national IVF register. The success rate includes both fresh and frozen embryo transfers, with blastocyst-stage transfers contributing to the higher end of the range. For donor‑egg cycles, the clinic achieves comparable pregnancy rates, underscoring the robustness of its assisted reproduction protocols. The data span from the clinic’s inception in the late 1990s through the most recent reporting year, providing a transparent view of outcomes for prospective patients.

In addition to these core IVF procedures, the clinic delivers intrauterine insemination (IUI), comprehensive infertility diagnostics, and individualized counseling for complex cases such as recurrent implantation failure.
