warningWhat to watch out for at King's Fertility?
- warning1. Administrative InefficienciesMultiple accounts mention fragmented email threads, lack of formal consultation letters, and delayed delivery of medical records beyond the promised 28‑day window. These issues make it difficult for patients to track their treatment history.
- warning2. Cost Transparency IssuesPatients report high treatment fees and limited discussion of affordable protocol alternatives. Some feel pressured into expensive cycles without clear budgeting guidance, leading to financial strain.
- warning3. Inconsistent Consultant ExperienceWhile many doctors receive praise, a few consultants (e.g., Leila Hanna) are noted for poor bedside manner and limited empathy. This variability can affect patient confidence during critical treatment phases.

Dear Sonny, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Please be assured that if a treatment or consultation room becomes unavailable, we will continue to see patients in the order of their booked appointment times wherever possible. On any given day, we may have several different clinics and appointment types running at the same time, each operating from its own separate list. This can sometimes give the impression that patients are being seen out of order, when in fact they may be attending a different clinic or appointment type that is running to schedule. We always do our best to keep waiting times to a minimum and to see patients fairly and in chronological order within each individual clinic list. Thank you again for your feedback.

Dear Carmen Thank you for sharing your experience with us via google reviews. As you are not a current patient and have not been seen in our clinic since 2023, I will base my response on your journey from 3 years ago. The NHS Treatment Access Policy does dictate that you are unable to start any NHS funded IVF treatment until you have been trying to conceive for more than 2 years. You were referred in May 2023 by your GP and seen the same month. Your specific eligibility wait time was 8 weeks to qualify for NHS funded treatment and you therefore booked your treatment consent in August 2023. You started your IVF treatment the same month. I am sorry that you felt this was too quick. Our opening times are 0830 until 1730 Monday to Friday as we value work life home life balance for our staff. I’m sorry your employer isn’t more flexible and lacks understanding. This is common and needs to change for all patients going through IVF. Please reach out to info@kingsfertility.co.uk for any further assistance.
