Nous comprenons l'importance de la sensibilité et du respect dans le cadre des parcours de PMA, et nous regrettons profondément que vous ayez ressenti un manque d'attention à ce sujet. Pour améliorer votre confort et votre tranquillité, nous vous informons que vous pouvez emprunter la porte ABC de la clinique et monter directement au 1er étage. Ce chemin est le plus court pour accéder au laboratoire de FIV. La maternité n'est pas indiquée par cette porte car elle se trouve dans un autre bâtiment, ce qui devrait normalement éviter les situations que vous décrivez. Votre avis est précieux pour nous, car il nous permet d'identifier les domaines où nous devons nous améliorer.
