Lamentamos que su percepción tras no haber logrado el éxito en sus ciclos sea esta, Beatriz. Sin embargo, no podemos permitir que se vierta información falsa sobre nuestro equipo y protocolos en un espacio público. En cuanto al rigor médico, le recordamos que se le propusieron pruebas complementarias debido a un factor masculino severo diagnosticado previamente, las cuales ustedes decidieron no realizar. Asimismo, los donantes asignados cuentan con fertilidad probada, aunque, como bien sabe, la medicina reproductiva no puede garantizar un éxito del 100% en todos los casos. Respecto al tratamiento, se le ofrecieron condiciones preferentes y bonificaciones en el número de ovocitos para facilitar su proceso. Sobre sus acusaciones al equipo administrativo, queremos aclarar que solicitar el abono de un servicio antes de la entrega de resultados es un procedimiento estándar y necesario, especialmente tras habernos constado que los justificantes de pago enviados anteriormente no se habían materializado en nuestra cuenta. Cumplir con los compromisos de pago no es una cuestión de "amenazas", sino de profesionalidad por ambas partes para poder liberar los resultados médicos. Rechazamos categóricamente el término "estafa" y le instamos a mantener el respeto hacia los profesionales que han trabajado en su caso con total transparencia. Le deseamos lo mejor en su camino.
