We truly appreciate your kind words about Dr. Budrys and are honored that you chose to return to our practice for this next chapter of your fertility journey. We would, however, like to provide some important context regarding the difficulty reaching our office during this particular timeframe. This review coincided with a severe storm that impacted the area, causing widespread power and service outages. Unfortunately, our Plymouth office was among those affected. Because we understand how time-sensitive fertility care can be, we shared updates across our platforms throughout the outage, including instructions for patients with urgent or time-sensitive needs to contact one of our other office locations for assistance. We are always vigilant with our verifications, and is something we do before initial appointments. Our front desk requests the most up to date information, we apologize this was not discussed. Providing responsive, compassionate care remains extremely important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the circumstances and apologize for any added stress this may have caused. Most importantly, we are grateful for the trust you have placed in Dr. Budrys and our team, both in the past and as you begin this next journey.
