To protect patient privacy, we follow secure procedures for releasing medical records. We offer several options, including pickup, mail, and access through our secure patient portal. Unfortunately, USPS delivery times are outside our control. We would be happy to work directly with your new provider to resolve any issues with records requests or fax communications. Please have their office contact us so we can get everything straightened out as quickly as possible. We genuinely care about our patients and appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns.
Staff are all incredibly friendly. Everyone knows what they are doing, and it ended up being more cost effective to get treatment here than through other options.
