Because fertility care involves sensitive, medical, legal, and financial information our office does require registration forms, identification, and consent documents to be completed before an appointment is scheduled. This helps us prepare appropriately, protect patient privacy, and avoid delay delays on the day of the. We understand that portals and paperwork can sometimes feel frustrating, and our team makes every effort to assist patients through the process. At the same time, we expect all interactions between patients and staff to remain respectful and professional. We do not support the use of profane, abusive, or disrespectful language toward our team.
