Hi Brooke, Thank you for sharing your experience. We're genuinely sorry that you felt unsupported during such an important process. We always aim to provide clear, compassionate care, and we take feedback about communication and bedside manner seriously. Regarding the $200 cost: the physician consults are covered by OHIP; you were not charged for these. In your case, the charge you’re referring to was for certain diagnostic tests, which are unfortunately not covered by OHIP at our clinic or at any other fertility clinic. This would have been reviewed with you prior to testing. We also appreciate you mentioning that the billing issue was reconciled. That is not the standard we want, and while extremely rare, we’re reviewing our processes to help prevent that from happening in future. We would like the opportunity to review your situation in more detail and address any questions about the testing and outcomes, especially since you sought a second opinion.
