All of us at Rejoice work together to provide the best experience possible for all of our patients. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with your experience at Rejoice. Although you do raise an important question regarding male factor infertility and the possible use of sperm DNA fragmentation as a diagnostic test, there is no consistent agreement among specialists concerning this test, its interpretation and how the results would impact the decisions made regarding treatments such as IVF/ICSI. I have left you a voicemail regarding these issues and remain happy to discuss any and all issues regarding your care. However, I obviously cannot and should not comment on the care of any individual patient/couple in a public forum.
