If you are indeed a genuine patient, we kindly ask that you provide supporting documentation such as a payment receipt or treatment communication so we can responsibly investigate your concerns. To all those reading this review, we encourage your wise discretion regarding the points raised: Slow response: We invite any new patient to contact our team directly and experience our prompt and personalized support. We encourage comparing our responsiveness with other providers before forming conclusions. Expensive packages: We are transparent with our pricing, and welcome genuine comparisons. There are no hidden charges or last-minute surprises. Patients are fully informed throughout the process. No doctors / change of doctors: This claim is simply not reflective of reality. A clinic cannot thrive successfully in the IVF field for over 12 years in Thailand without a strong, consistent team of experienced medical professionals. No lab: This accusation is baseless and inappropriate. If you were truly our patient, we would like to know—where was your egg pick-up performed? How were you able to receive instant updates on your egg and sperm reports? Is it even possible to obtain a license for IVF without an in-house embryology lab? We are a licensed facility, and lab work is central to our services. We respectfully request that individuals refrain from damaging the reputation and years of hard work of a trusted clinic that has brought happiness to thousands of families. Such unfounded reviews also unfairly question the credibility of our many genuine patients who have openly shared their successful experiences on Google.
