Many thanks for your review. We agree that your perimenopausal issues, including your hormone test results and symptoms, have not improved significantly. However, your repeat hormone tests suggest that your hormone levels were fluctuating rather than clearly worsening. Our clinical notes also indicate that your symptoms remained at a broadly similar level. We regret that we were unable to help in your specific circumstances. As we explained from the beginning, although we have a good track record, treatment is not successful in every case. I am sorry that we were not successful in treating you, and we wish you well.

We are very grateful for your review. We are delighted that you responded to our treatment so well. It seems common place now that women in their late 30's onwards are being told or believe that their changes of successful natural pregnancy is very low. Scientific research and our clinical experience seem not to support this view. We posted some of the scientific research evidence in our web site (under resources). Your experience is a wonderful example to show women in their 40's are certainly capable to naturally conceive successfully without complications. Well done.
