We understand that the costs associated with fertility treatment can be significant, and we would like to clarify that the fees for uninsured treatments are determined in accordance with the applicable Dutch regulations and tariffs. Regarding drinking water, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Due to European sustainability regulations aimed at reducing single-use plastics and unnecessary waste, disposable plastic cups can no longer be freely provided in our waiting room. We therefore encourage patients to bring a reusable water bottle or cup. Water itself is, of course, available. We understand that these measures may not always feel convenient, but they are part of the regulations and sustainability requirements we are required to follow. We appreciate your understanding and wish you all the best.

Wat een prachtige review, dank jullie wel voor deze warme woorden! Wat bijzonder om te horen dat jullie je zo goed geholpen en begeleid hebben gevoeld tijdens het IVF-traject. We weten hoe spannend en intens deze periode kan zijn, dus het betekent enorm veel dat jullie de snelheid, het contact (ook via de app) en de persoonlijke aandacht als zo prettig hebben ervaren. Beste mevrouw, Dank u dat u de moeite heeft genomen om uw ervaring te delen. Het spijt ons oprecht om te lezen dat u uw traject bij onze kliniek als teleurstellend heeft ervaren. Tegelijkertijd herkennen wij ons niet in het beeld dat u schetst. Als fertiliteitskliniek staat bij ons juist het persoonlijke verhaal van iedere cliënt centraal. Vruchtbaarheidstrajecten zijn intens en emotioneel, en daarom nemen wij uitgebreid de tijd om samen een individueel behandelplan op te stellen dat past bij de medische situatie én de wensen van de patiënt. Wij streven ernaar om onderzoeken, uitkomsten en vervolgstappen zorgvuldig toe te lichten. Het kan helaas voorkomen dat een zwangerschap uitblijft, ook na meerdere behandelingen. Dat is een pijnlijke realiteit van fertiliteitszorg: geen enkele behandeling biedt garantie op succes. Wanneer een traject niet het gewenste resultaat oplevert, beoordelen wij steeds opnieuw of het medisch zinvol is om aanvullende onderzoeken te doen of het behandelplan aan te passen. Niet elk aanvullend onderzoek is echter medisch geïndiceerd of bewezen effectief. Wij vinden het belangrijk om hierin zorgvuldig en verantwoord te handelen. Wij vinden het jammer als u onze benadering als onpersoonlijk heeft ervaren. Betrokkenheid en respect vormen voor ons de basis van goede zorg. Mocht u ervoor openstaan, dan nodigen wij u van harte uit om contact met ons op te nemen zodat wij uw ervaring persoonlijk kunnen bespreken.
