We understand that fertility treatment is a deeply personal and emotional journey, and we always wish the very best for every patient who comes through our doors. Regarding IUI, we would also like to kindly provide some context. Every patient and every fertility journey is different, and IUI success can vary significantly from person to person depending on factors such as age, ovarian reserve, ovulation, sperm parameters, and other individual circumstances. In general, IUI success rates are approximately 5%–20% per cycle, which means that even when a cycle is appropriately monitored and timed, pregnancy is not guaranteed. We understand how difficult it can be when a treatment does not result in the outcome a patient was hoping for. At Think Fertility, we value continuity of care and intentionally keep patients with the same provider whenever possible. This allows the provider to become familiar with the patient's history and treatment plan and helps provide more streamlined and consistent communication, rather than having patients repeatedly meet with different providers who may not be familiar with their previous care. We also want our patients to know that we are always open to questions, concerns, and communication throughout treatment. If a patient would prefer to speak with another provider, they are welcome to request that opportunity. We want every patient to feel comfortable asking questions and having an open conversation about their care. We truly appreciate your feedback and will take your comments into consideration as we continue to improve the patient experience.
