Victoria, thank you so much. Follow-up care is not something we require, so when someone walks in anyway just to be checked and reassured, we take that as trust, and we do not take it lightly. The people you described are the reason this clinic works. Our receptionist is usually the first calm voice a patient hears. The woman who takes you to the back has walked hundreds of nervous patients down that hallway, and she is genuinely good at it. And our physician does not rush anyone, ever. Being a nervous person does not make you difficult. It makes you someone who deserves a little extra patience, and you will get it here every single time. Our door is open to you for follow-up, questions, or anything else you need down the road. We’ll always have your back!
