Poštovani Nemanja, Jako nam je žao što ste imali ovakvo iskustvo koje je nažalost prouzrokovano povećanim brojem pacijenata i pored zakazanih termina. Mi pokušavamo da se držimo vremenskog plana, ali ponekad se desi da je kod pojedinih, naročito novih pacijenata, potrebno više vremena da se pregledaju sve analize, čuje i njihova istorija tj. anamneza. Ubeđeni smo da ne bi ste i vi voleli da se osetite kao na pokretnoj traci već da vam se posveti pažnja i potrebno vreme. Pored toga, i u tom danu smo svim pacijentima uputili izvinjenje i u čekaonici i ispred ustanove što su svi sa razumevanjem prihvatili - samo vi niste. Poštovani Stefane, Jako nam je žao što ste uputili ovakve reči, istine radi imali ste 15 jajnih ćelija i 5 embriona a ne 2 jajne ćelije kako tvrdite. Na osnovu kriterijuma tri embriona nisu bila za zamrzavanje, dva jesu. Sigurno ne biste voleli da vam se zamrznu svi embrioni pa kada dođe vreme za embriotransfer oni slabiji ne prežive? Takođe, bili bi vam jako zahvalni da nam objasnite kako ste došli do 95 procenata? Kod 10 nije uspelo od 9.5 parova? Ili od 100 nije uspelo kod 95?
